Whether you commit to the full term or choose early termination, KafalBytes ensures a transparent and tailored experience for your convenience and satisfaction.
2. Early Termination Buyout: If you choose to terminate your subscription early, a fair buyout amount is calculated using the following formula:

   Total Payment = (Number of Months Remaining × Monthly Payment ) + Fixed Termination Price

   
   

   Note: Fixed term price is subject to potential adjustments in the future.

   
   Example: For instance, if you have 8 months remaining on your subscription with a monthly payment of NPR 25000 and a fixed termination price of NPR 300000:
   

   Total Payment = (8000 × 25000) + 300000
   Total Payment = NPR 500000

   
   In this example, if you terminate your subscription after 10 months, the early termination buyout would be NPR 500. - This customized buyout amount, designed for your chosen subscription plan, reflects a fair and equitable representation of the commitment you've made. - To initiate the early termination process, kindly submit a written request outlining the circumstances for our prompt approval. Clients, upon subscribing to our services, affirmatively acknowledge and embrace these terms. Our steadfast commitment to transparency includes providing clients with ample notice in advance of any positive changes to these terms.
